MAPUSA: Saligao Sporting Club pipped Nuvem Sports Club 6-5 in the tie-breaker to move ahead in the Rusi Devar Soccer organised by Adarsh Yuvak Sangh at Saligao grounds, Wednesday.
Julio Colaco had given Nuvem an early advantage, but Saligao playing on home turf came back with goals from Alan Gonsalves and Govind Mahale before the break. On crossing over, Nuvem battled hard and forced the match into a tie-breaker as Arcanjo found the Saligao netting. In the resultant penalty shoot-out, Saligao proved to better shooters
